okay price for the location
the beds are fairly confortable and the wifi is reliable. The location is good and for the price. I would recomend for short stays 1-2 nights.
there is never anyone at reception, my key card stoped working and I had to wait for an hour in the kitchen as no phone numbers provided actually existed, even when someone used the "right" number no one picked up. the hangers in the bathroom were 90% unusable as they were all falling apart. don't count on the baggage storage as it seemed that it was just leaving your bags in the dinning room.

The cleanliness of the room, the bed was comfortable , breakfast was satisfactory, friendly staff, overall vet enjoyable stay.
The location, right next to Victoria station so it is noisy but worth putting up with.

The staff were lovely breakfast was nice the rooms are basic but does your needs we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again xxx
I didn't like being on top floor as have bad back but managed and enjoyed our trip

Walls had obviously not been decorated for years and were filthy. En-suite was the size of a shower cubicle but also contained a toilet and sink. Even at the £65 I paid for 1 night (cheap for the area) it was disappointing.
